Q: Once I join am I an ambassador forever?
Once you join, your ambassadorship is active for 4 months. You will be automatically re-enrolled every 4 months. We create the 4-month intervals due to the high demand to join and the limited number of spots available.
If for some reason you'd like to withdraw, you can do so in between any 4-month period. You can be an active ambassador for as many 4-month periods as you want (so yes, forever 😚)!
Q: How do I get paid?
When you make money from referrals, we will send it to you via either PayPal or CashApp (your choice) and it will be in your account within 3-5 business days.
Q: Do I get to pick what my referral code is?
Yes! When you join, you will let us know what your preferred code is, and we will check to make sure that it's not already being used. If it isn't, we'll create it for you and it will be yours! If it is, we'll work with you to find a code that you'll love to share.
Q: How will I know how many referrals I've gotten?
We will regularly send out "update emails" to each ambassador letting them know how many new referrals they've gotten, how much money we have paid them in referral rewards, etc. Additionally, any time you need any of that information, you can request an update from us through email!
Q: Can I return the free item that I got when I joined if it doesn't fit?
Since the OTP Ambassador items are completely free, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please see our refund & return policy for more information.

Q: Do I get to pick which item I want for the free item?
Yes! You will get a choice of any of our best-selling items (we'll show you which ones). You will be able to choose the color and size you want as well.
Q: How long will it take to get my free item?
Free items ship within 2 business days of when you join. For US orders, the item should arrive to you within 3-5 business days. It also comes with tracking (which you will receive via email), so you can watch it come all the way to you!
Q: When/how will I get my referral code and access to the online community?
After you join, fill our the info form, and select your free item, we will create your referral code and other account information. Within your first 24 business hours in the program, you will receive an email from us with all of this information and a link that will give you access to the online community.
Q: What does the ambassador enrollment fee cover?
With this program, we offer the opportunity to make a ton of money & rewards! The ambassador enrollment fee covers the weekly giveaways, the exclusive access to our worldwide community, the software we use for referrals so you can earn big rewards, and a LOT more. Our goal is that all our ambassadors will make the amount of their enrollment fee back (and more) within each period of ambassadorship, and so far we have a great success rate with that goal!
Q: Is the enrollment fee refundable?
As stated on our Refund & Return Policy page, the ambassador enrollment fee is non-refundable. However, you can cancel any time to prevent any further charges. Please visit our Terms of Service page for more information.
Q: If I have any questions, who can I talk to?
Our OTP management team is always active in the online ambassador group to answer any questions. Additionally, our OTP Customer Success team is always available to answer any ambassadors' questions over email (info@otpfashion.com) or Instagram DM (@otpfash). Keep in mind our team only works within business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central Time (US).

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE OTP AMBASSADOR PROGRAM:
Now that you have already been renewed for this term, as stated on our refund policy and terms of service pages, you are locked in for the current ambassador term and no refund can be given. However, you can always cancel at any time so that you are not renewed for the following term. If you'd like to cancel your renewal for your next (third) 4-month term, all you need to do is login to your ambassador portal on our site and cancel your subscription. To do this, visit this link: otpfashion.com/pages/ambassador-portal and login with the email and password you used to create your ambassador account. If you can't remember your password, click "forgot your password" and follow the steps to retrieve your password. After you are logged in, click "subscriptions" and click "cancel" beside the OTP Ambassador subscription. Once that is cancelled, you will not incur any further charges and you will be removed from the program following the end of the current (second) 4-month ambassador term.
