Refund & Return Policy

Refund & Return Policy for Customers:

At OTP Fashion, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will do everything we can to ensure that for you.

At this time, we do not accept returns of any kind. If your item(s) does not meet your expectations, you can keep it, and we will give you store credit in the same amount of your original item(s) to purchase another item from our store.

If you are unhappy with your item(s) and would like to go through the refund process for store credit, follow the following steps:

1. Contact us via our e-mail, info@otpfashion.com, or our Contact Us page on our site

2. Let us know that you are unhappy with your item(s). We will ask you why, (sizing, wrong color, wrong item, etc.) and ask for photo proof of the issue. 

3. If your issue is confirmed, we will give you store credit in the amount of the unsatisfactory item(s), and you will be able to purchase another item, either in a different size or a different item entirely, as long as it is equal or lesser to the monetary value of your store credit.

If you would like to purchase something that is more expensive than the amount of your store credit, you can pay the difference at checkout.

***Keep in mind that unexpected delivery times are not a valid reason for receiving store credit. All customers have the ability to view our shipping policy, which includes average delivery times, before they order (see FAQ page).

Refund & Return Policy for Ambassadors:

AMBASSADOR ITEM RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

As mentioned on the sign-up page for ambassadors, any free item(s) you receive during your time in the program can not be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for store credit.

At any time, and for any reason, we may choose to make an exception and accept a return or exchange for a free ambassador item to some or all of our ambassadors, which is at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of this return or exchange allowance in one instance does not entitle you or others to make returns or exchanges of ambassador items in similar instances, nor does it obligate us to allow returns in the future, under any circumstance.

AMBASSADOR ENROLLMENT FEE REFUNDS:

You may cancel your membership at anytime during the 4-month ambassador terms for which you are subscribed (see our terms of service for more information and instructions on how to cancel). As stated on the ambassador sign-up page that you are prompted to read before you join the program, any form or amount of payment made to join the program is nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used ambassador terms or benefits. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the program through the end of your current 4 month term if you so choose. You cannot receive a refund for any prior 4-month periods, as is additionally stated on our ambassador sign-up page that you are directed to before you join the program. OTP Fashion can not be held liable for refunding or discounting any ambassador's renewal charges that are caused by negligence of the ambassador to cancel their membership before its renewal date.

At any time, and for any reason, we may choose to make an exception and provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our ambassadors ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
